FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can a contractor use CleanScan independently?
Yes. Contractor organizations can create their own account, configure client sites, and use CleanScan to manage their team and prove work — without needing a facility to invite them first.
How do facility and contractor accounts connect?
A facility can invite a contractor team to manage specific zones within their facility. Once connected, both sides see the same data for those zones: issues, assignments, resolutions, and proof. Each side retains separate access to their own account.
Can I start as a facility and add a contractor later?
Yes. Contractor connections can be added at any time from your facility settings. You control which zones a contractor team can access.
What happens to data if a service relationship ends?
Each side retains their own historical data. Facilities keep all issue and resolution records for their zones. Contractors retain their proof of work logs.
